Job Title: Account Retention Specialist

The primary focus of this role is managing day-to-day customer interactions, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless account onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain effective customer retention strategies to promote long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, technical support, and professional services to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work alongside regional sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with Privilege Access Service solutions is advantageous.
