The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Transforming Existing Files: Converting existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  2. Maintaining Internal Documentation: Creating and maintaining internal documentation for project status reviews.
  3. Delivering External Updates: Preparing and delivering external-facing status updates for clients.
  4. Serving as Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
  5. Ensuring Smooth Coordination: Ensuring smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
