About the Role


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles, with a proven track record of stakeholder communication and team leadership.

This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Head of Operations, offering opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Oversight & Client Success:

  • Oversight of the client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

  • Monitoring Executive Partner performance and operational KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action.

  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to anticipate needs and drive continuous improvement.

  • Serving as the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between expectations and delivery outcomes.

  • Team Leadership, Training & Coaching:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a remote team of Executive Partners to deliver top-tier client support.

  • Designing and executing comprehensive onboarding programs to equip new hires for success.

  • Providing actionable coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to raise the bar across the team.

  • Operational Systems & Process Optimization:

  • Building, refining, and managing internal SOPs, playbooks, and workflows that scale operations efficiently.

  • Partnering cross-functionally to streamline processes and strengthen operational alignment.

  • Maintaining dashboards, reporting tools, and automation to drive visibility, accountability, and data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in EA, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff-type roles.

  • Proven stakeholder communication and team leadership experience.

  • Technical fluency, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Hubspot, and Outlook.

  • A strong work style characterized by high autonomy, self-management, and outcome-driven results.

  • Familiarity with async, remote team environments and ability to thrive in change, chaos, and shifting priorities.
