Job Title

Responsibilities include standardizing performance management, onboarding, and support team managers by ensuring timely gathered and shared performance feedback, implementing coaching systems, and improving overall team performance.

  • Manage the internal and external knowledge base (FAQs, Operations Manual) in collaboration with frontline teams who contribute to it.
  • Track bugs, SEVs, and issues across projects within Asana, ensure their documentation and remediation are complete.
  • Monitor overall task management across Asana for best practices, coach teams on new initiatives, review and standardize metrics dashboards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support various tasks as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in operations management or a related field is required.

Exceptional organizational skills with a solid attention to detail are essential.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is necessary.

Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions is crucial.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Fluent, clear, and well-articulated English language skills are necessary.

Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
