Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities across multiple entities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, with exposure to various accounting systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
  • Learnd Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
  • Generate and distribute financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities
  • Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dext and Xero
  • Strong Excel skills, especially vlookup
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Quick learner of new accounting systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic accounting knowledge
