JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Collections Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing operations processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining performance metrics to meet organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in collections, logistics, telecommunications, or similar industries, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in performance metrics (KPIs) and driving results.
  • Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BPO software, CRM tools, and performance management platforms.
  • Experience in managing operations, workforce management and process optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
