At Neksjob, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and Japanese language proficiency to work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can provide technical support to our clients in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining various systems and tools, updating documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update various systems and tools according to standard process documentation.
  • Provide technical support to clients in Japan, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct data verification and audit own work for accuracy.
  • File, archive, and retrieve documents using established filing standards.
  • Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates.
  • Proofread and edit work for syntax, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results, and compiling in requested format.
  • C Coordinate the work of a small team in areas of high-volume transaction processing and/or training/education of new and/or more junior team members on operation procedures and policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A native or near-native level of Japanese language proficiency.
  • MS Windows PC skills are essential.
  • The ability to send and respond to emails in MS Outlook, attend teleconference calls using MS Teams, take screenshots, and copy & paste screen sections to electronic documents.
  • Professionalism, including reporting and meeting deadlines, executing tasks accurately and efficiently, and following desktop procedures (DTP).
  • The ability to seek advice from immediate supervisors if needed.
