Training Documentation Manager

Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Content Organization Specialist to join our team at LeadAdvisors. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal training materials.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with sales, retention, and operations teams to ensure that our training resources are easily accessible and up-to-date. You'll also create structured guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles to support our employees.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience in document management, training content, or knowledge base organization. You should be an expert in Google Docs, Notion, or other content organization tools and possess excellent organizational skills.
Our ideal candidate will be highly structured, fast, and detail-oriented, with the ability to take complex information and turn it into simple, clear guides. If you have experience with LMS or process documentation, that's a bonus
