We are seeking a skilled Document and Records Manager to join our team at Private Advertiser.
About the Position:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of technical documents and correspondence.
- Develop and implement effective document control procedures to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance document management.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in document control in a similar industry.
- College degree in a relevant field with a strong understanding of document management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements.
