About the Role

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and processing invoices, and performing various bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain digital and paper records for jobs, invoices, and documentation.
  • Communication and Support: Provide exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and administrative support to management and field staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
