At Brew Master International Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the implementation of accounts opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries for on-premise alco accounts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service systems, sales distribution, and sales management. A strong background in business administration or a related field is also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Full cycle implementation of accounts opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries for on-premise alco accounts
  • Execution of the daily call out procedure (ISaraMoPO) for on-premise alco accounts only
  • Sales negotiation and relationship building with key accounts
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitoring and analysis of sales performance and market trends
Requirements
  • College graduate with a degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies, preferably in the field returnable glass business
  • Experience in customer service systems, sales distribution, and sales management
  • Holder of a professional driver's license
