About the role

Sany Philippines INC. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and oversee our Trucks & Heavy Equipment division. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila, with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from initial contact to successful closure
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform our strategic decision-making
- Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, pipeline, and growth initiatives
- Mentor and support more junior members of the sales team, sharing your expertise and industry knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably within the trucks and heavy equipment industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively overcome challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of the local market and industry trends, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficient in the use of CRM and sales reporting tools
