Key Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our team and help us develop long-term relationships with our key customers. The Key Account Specialist will manage and grow our relationships with strategic customers.
Basic Salary plus unlimited commission based on performance.
Responsibilities of Key Account Specialist
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
2. Identify opportunities for new business and create sales strategies to meet customer needs
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements related to services, pricing, delivery, and payment terms
4. Prepare and present sales presentations to key accounts
5. Monitor key account performance and provide reports to management
6. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
7. Review customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly
8. Manage customer accounts, including order entry, invoicing and collections
9. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and products
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
