Are you a strategic leader with a talent for attracting top-notch professionals to join our team? As a key player in our North American recruitment operations, you will be responsible for driving our talent attraction functions and leading a high-performing team of sourcing experts.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced leader who can develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to meet our business objectives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendor partners and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Your expertise in creating innovative talent attraction strategies will help us optimize our budget and maximize applicant flow.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage your knowledge of the US/Canada talent market to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and communication.
  3. Create data-driven reports to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing to continually improve our processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
  • Proven problem-solving, data-based critical thinking, and consultative mindset.
