Job Title: Talent Acquisition Shared Services Associate

This role plays a vital part in our organization's growth by identifying and attracting top talent for niche roles.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to proactively attract top talent for niche roles. You will support our growth by sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates, playing a crucial role in our hiring efforts.

You will report directly to the Team Leader, Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Sr. Manager TA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize innovative techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates via online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics, ensuring strategies align.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and generate reports to evaluate sourcing success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with sourcing platforms, CRMs, ATSs, and recruitment software.
