Job Description

In this role, you'll lead the North American talent attraction functions and team. You'll align your work hours to the USA/Canada workforce and be responsible for managing a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency.

You'll build and execute talent attraction strategy, manage sourcing budgets, work closely with vendor partners and other internal teams to fulfill hiring needs of a high-volume recruiting environment.

As a leader, you'll encourage and motivate your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence their career mobility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Championing initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to know upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow needs of the business
  • Creating a comprehensive sourcing plan and driving sourcing efforts to ensure budget optimization and maximize applicant flow
  • Using data results to evaluate effectiveness and marketing programs and maximize return on investment
  • Managing vendor relationships and partnering with procure-to-pay teams for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets and reporting
  • Project managing collateral creation and supervising, coaching, training, and developing talent acquisition marketing staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team and use advanced Excel skills
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem solving, and data-based critical thinking
