Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage recruitment teams, ensuring they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates, continuously expanding the talent pool.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.

Key qualifications include:

  • A thorough understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
