As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the team is hitting set targets. This includes developing strategies to attract top talent and creating a positive candidate experience.

You will also be responsible for training and developing HR staff at the branch level, ensuring they model and adhere to company values. Additionally, you will analyze HR reports to gain insights into hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Developing HR programs that cater to specific accounts will be another critical aspect of this role. You will monitor the release of performance review forms, facilitate accurate and timely management, and guide employee coaching and movement.

This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as at least 5 years of work experience in the HR field. Flexibility to adapt to various work schedules supporting operational hours is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a Manager role/level and willingness to work onsite or be assigned in Pasay City or MOA Complex.
