As a Recruitment Marketing Supervisor, you'll play a key role in bringing innovation to our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the North American talent attraction functions and team; aligning your work hours to the USA/Canada workforce.
  • Manage a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction strategy, manage sourcing channels, work closely with vendor partners and other internal teams.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing.
Day-to-Day Activities
  1. Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to identify upcoming associate hiring needs.
  2. Create a thorough sourcing plan and drive sourcing efforts to ensure effectiveness and maximize applicant flow.
  3. Analyze data results to evaluate marketing programs and optimize return on investment.
  4. Manage relationships with vendors such as job boards, internet media, and staffing agencies.
  5. Partner with procurement teams, accounting and finance for accuracy and timeliness for departmental marketing expenses.
  6. Project manage content creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for timely delivery.
  7. Supervise, coach, train and develop talent acquisition marketing staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team with ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
