Job Description

The role of an Account Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous value. This involves being the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

You will understand client goals and help them get the most out of the platform's features. Responsibilities include managing the renewal process, identifying upsell opportunities, monitoring client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, leading regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, developing strategies to increase retention and loyalty, handling escalations, and offering recommendations and insights for better platform utilization.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably SaaS/tech)
  • Startup background is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and customer success platforms
