This role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by collecting payments, resolving issues and assisting order releases.
Main Responsibilities:- Handle customer calls regarding outstanding balances and investigate complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments or order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Support sales in order fulfillment related issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service roles is preferred.
