Responsibilities:

  2. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
  3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus administration, health insurance, and other benefits.
  5. Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, including setting performance objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
  6. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  7. HR Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, including employee files, payroll records, and benefit enrollments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
  • At Least 5 Years of HR Management Experience
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
