Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EXL Service Philippines, Inc. This role involves interacting with customers to provide information and assistance on our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create and manage service requests, ensuring prompt closure.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to find resolutions for customer queries.
- Handle straightforward problems and refer complex issues to senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-year BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Pasay City.
