
Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior brokers in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate property listings, verifying completeness of listing documents, and organizing and filing listings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate property listings and associated data.
- Verify completeness of listing documents.
- Organize and file listings efficiently.
- Marketing Support:
- Develop marketing materials and post listings on relevant platforms.
- Execute marketing activities to promote active listings.
- Research and Documentation:
- Track inquiry progression from initial contact to deal closing.
- Collect and consolidate listing information from other brokerages.
- Communication and Broker Coordination:
- Communicate proactively with brokers regarding listings and client inquiries.
- Monitor and report on listing status.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. A Bachelor's Degree in any field is also required.
This is a full-time onsite position in Makati requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
