Senior Billing Coordinator

Full Time | Makati | Hybrid

Join Our Team Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our firm's billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant billing experience is a plus
  • At least one year of experience as a Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant in a large international law firm or equivalent organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be open to rotating shift, hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Generation: Prepare and edit draft client bills using Elite 3E, ensuring compliance with agreements and timely completion of requests. Resolve tax compliance issues.
  • eBilling: Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of electronic bills through eBilling Hub.
  • Back-ups: Gather and summarize disbursement back-ups and resolve related issues by researching 3E records.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze standard billing reports in 3E, including WIP, AR, and Timekeeper Utilization.
  • Client Matter Maintenance: Update client and matter records as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Respond to inquiries via the White & Case Billing Mailbox, coordinate with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable, and assist with audit documentation.
  • Communication: Organize workflow to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments with timely updates.
  • Relationship Management: Communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and foster positive relationships within the firm.
