A highly skilled and organized individual is required to coordinate the efficient administration of company vehicles.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of vehicle reservation guidelines to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage car registration and insurance policy renewals, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with accredited repair centers.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for company vehicles, including fuel, maintenance, and other related costs.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of drivers' salaries and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in vehicle management
- Technical expertise in vehicles is an asset
