Job Title:
Senior Coordinator - Early Careers and Campus
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support recruitment operations. This role involves managing end-to-end administrative tasks across various recruitment processes, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance.
Performance Outcomes / Accountabilities:
- Timely Completion of Tasks Within SLA:
- Application Screening: within 3 business days
- Candidate Disposition: within 3 business days
- Candidate Queries: response within 2 business days
- Offer Letter Creation & Issuance: within 2 business days (volume cap: 40 contracts every 2 business days)
- Quality Standards:
- Data Accuracy: 95% to 100%
- Work Utilization: 98% to 100%
- Compliance:
- 100% adherence to recruitment policies and procedures
- 100% completion of AMS and client-mandated training
- Stakeholder Satisfaction:
- Minimum average score of 3.5/5.0 in satisfaction surveys (may vary per account)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account-specific activities including:
- Requisition creation and management
- Event coordination
- Application screening and test administration
- Interview scheduling and video interview assessments
- Candidate query resolution
- Offer and onboarding management
- Invoicing, PO raising, and referral tracking
- Reporting and ATS updates
- Maintain and update Operations Manual and work instructions
- Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Provide first-line support for escalations and process updates
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Oversee work allocation and review output accuracy for Coordinators
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to influence and inform effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience in in-house, agency, or RPO settings focused on talent acquisition and volume recruitment
- Understanding of compliance and recruitment legislation
- Interest in market trends and industry insights to support client and team needs
