Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily/weekly/monthly appointments and travel, preparing logistic requirements for meetings, and handling correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly appointments and travel for the Partner.
  • Prepare logistic requirements for meetings (in-house, on-site, and teleconference).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Partner.
  • Draft correspondences as required by the Partner.
  • Review, proofread, and edit documents for the Partner's signature.
About You:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and ease with operating office equipment is required. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and professionalism in handling telephone calls and emails are also necessary.

A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability. Flexibility in work arrangements is a plus, and discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive information are expected.
