Customer Service Representative Job Description

  • Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages an asset).

Work Environment:

  • Our contact center is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.
