
Enterprise Contact Center Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Contact Center Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will drive the successful delivery of contact center solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple contact center projects simultaneously, requiring minimal oversight and direction.
- Assess client requirements and recommend solution designs that optimize value for both the client and our organization.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans and deliverables.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills in challenging situations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contact center implementation, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with contact center technologies, including WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center best practices.
