Professional Services Contact Center Engineer

Say hello to opportunities that drive innovation in cloud communications and contact center solutions. As a key player in our team, you will spearhead the implementation of RingCX and RingCentral Contact Center (RCCC) functionality within new Contact Center designs, builds, and training.

This role requires exceptional technical skills, project management expertise, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Contact Center projects with precision and speed to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle multiple projects while requiring minimal oversight to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Assess solution specifications and recommend optimal design changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process to foster trust and understanding.
  • Execute tasks and produce deliverables as outlined in the Project Plan to meet project timelines and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and self-motivation skills to stay focused and driven.
  • Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations to make informed decisions.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Experience supporting global customers in multiple geographies to cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to build loyalty and trust.
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages, networking, API, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center best practices to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to understand the "Big Picture" to make informed business decisions.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position - Contact Center industry experience is a must to succeed in this role.
  • BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is preferred to demonstrate technical expertise.
