About the Role
At our organization, we're seeking an exceptional Contact Center Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class support to our clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments, or order fulfillment, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status, ensuring seamless communication and updates.
  • Support sales teams in resolving order fulfillment-related issues, fostering strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, customer master data, cash applications, and dispute resolution, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed monthly service level agreements, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a B2B inbound environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively, managing time and resources wisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
