We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Sales Enablement Professional to join our Sales Talent Bench Pool at RELX.
This role involves a comprehensive 90-day training program designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the Sales organization.
During the program, participants will learn how to make outbound sales contact, pursue sales leads, and establish a portfolio of buying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound sales contact via cold calling and pursues sales leads to establish a portfolio of buying customers.
- Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes necessary documentation.
- Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.
- May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories.
- May have an individual or team sales quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity.
- Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work effectively.
- Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college with no back subjects or incomplete units.
- At least 2 years of lead generation or inside sales experience with proven successful sales background.
- Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day).
- Appointment setting experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow defined processes.
- Strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Able to adapt to working on a night shift.
