Job Title: B2B Head of Sales

About the role:

We are seeking a high-achieving B2B Head of Sales to lead and expand a vibrant sales team. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, excel in fast-paced settings, and possess the ability to drive revenue growth, this position is ideal for you. As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with building and overseeing a team of sales professionals, spearheading strategic sales initiatives, and securing significant deals across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of over 10 sales professionals to surpass targets.
  • Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Formulate and implement strategies to optimize revenue and client acquisition.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage all aspects from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Ensure KPI & Target Achievement: Track performance, analyze metrics, and introduce enhancements.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to broaden business opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales on an international scale.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team.
  • A strong, results-driven leader who excels under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
