Work From Office - This is a Work-from-office setup based in Makati.
We are seeking a remote Sales Enablement Manager to join our team This individual will work directly with the Director, Sales Enablement, and other members of our commercial operations team to create, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content and curriculum for new hires and existing quota-carrying roles - all on a remote basis. You will provide one-on-one coaching, development and execution of training programs, optimize sales processes, and provide onboarding & sales kick-off meeting support.
- The Sales Enablement Manager provides one-on-one coaching across all sales roles via the Gong call recording tool as well as one-on-one sessions. This role will be heavily focused on listening to calls and providing feedback via Gong scorecards.
- Provide individualized and group coaching sessions to enhance skills, objection handling, and deal execution.
- Develops and maintains sales competencies for learning programs, paths, and certifications across Sales roles (Directors, Account Executives, Account Managers, Inside Sales & Sales Development Representatives).
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess team performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Design and deliver workshops, playbooks, and training materials that align with sales goals and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify coaching opportunities.
- Partner with Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on training materials.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement role, coaching sales reps and delivering/facilitating trainings.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Previous experience working in the SaaS selling space is preferred.
- Track record of collaborating with product teams, SMEs, marketing, and sales leadership to deliver content.
- Previous experience with different training modalities, including on-demand, classroom, virtual, and video training.
- College degree preferred or 3 years of sales and/or enablement experience.
- U.S. working hours 8:00 – 5:00pm Eastern Time.
