Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description">- Drive product development and business enhancement from conception to launch, focusing on strategic planning projects for Engineering and Business.
- Develop and lead business projects across the company, streamlining processes and automating features.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback, ensuring the Engineering team receives sufficient detail.
- Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed tasks for the development team, proactively identifying priorities based on Level of Effort (LOE) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Enhance project outcomes by understanding business and technology workflows, facilitating effective project completion across all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and assist in resolving underlying conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks, enabling team members to achieve common goals efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with eCommerce knowledge.
- Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms, along with critical factors contributing to a successful solution within our industry.
- Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams, strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
- Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms, strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and other relevant project methodologies helpful.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex challenges, proven ability to work effectively and interdependently within a dynamic team environment.
- A strong inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business strategy and growth, direct client-facing communication experience desired but not mandatory.
