As a seasoned business professional, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving our business processes. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst, where you will be responsible for conducting thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also create interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring that stakeholders have access to timely and accurate information.

  • Analyze and Improve Business Processes: Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Create Interactive Dashboards: Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring that stakeholders have access to timely and accurate information.
  • Present Compelling Business Cases: Present compelling business cases supported by data analysis and insights, effectively communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Business Tools: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power Query to analyze and present data effectively, ensuring that insights are communicated clearly and concisely.
  • Culture Fit: Ensure fluency in English to facilitate clear communication and documentation, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Technical Requirements: Apply basic understanding of database theories and tables for data integration and reporting, ensuring seamless data exchange and analysis.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Business Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power Query, ensuring effective data analysis and presentation.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence: Experience with Power BI and Salesforce reports, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of Database Management: Knowledge of Zendesk Report Creation, including MAQLs, ensuring efficient data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Automation: Familiarity with MS PowerApps and MS Power Automate, streamlining business processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex business problems using analytical models, driving innovative solutions and growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Previous experience in business analytics within the BPO industry, providing valuable insight and expertise.
