
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to promote and expand our portfolio in Southeast Asia.
- The ideal candidate will establish relationships with key decision-makers of training organizations, universities, language schools, etc.
- They will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and partnerships across the region assigned.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities for our organization in Southeast Asia through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts
- Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessment
- Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique language education landscape
- Ensure market penetration and brand awareness of our certifications in both public and private sectors
- Participate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the region
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
- 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectors
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
- Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends
- Experience in working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is a plus
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
