Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a high-achieving Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor to spearhead our business expansion initiatives and lead or mentor a small team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue lucrative new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Execute high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and regularly report on progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
  • Ensure CRM systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Up hold exceptional communication standards.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
