
Leadership Role in Partnership Onboarding

The role of Partnership Onboarding Lead at our organization is a critical one, responsible for spearheading process improvement initiatives and risk management strategies related to partner onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective process improvement initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure seamless partner onboarding experiences.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
- Oversee the timely processing of documentation for wallet creation and partner onboarding activities, guaranteeing accuracy and quality in all work performed.
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Account Management teams to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Serve as a primary point-of-contact for audit and regulatory interactions relating to onboarding, providing expert guidance and support.
- Represent the onboarding team in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions, driving progress and innovation.
- Supervise a team of onboarding document analysts and support staff, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence.
- Conduct coaching sessions and regular performance reviews to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all aspects of the job.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), quality assurance results, and audit resolutions.
- Monitor and address partner SLAs, backlog, and compliance issues proactively, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
- Provide accurate and timely process documentation and policy updates, facilitating easy access to critical information.
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC/KYM roles within banking or fintech, with a proven track record of success.
- Preferred: ACAMS/ICA certifications, Agile or Six Sigma Certification, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
