SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Our ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the operations of our organization, developing annual operational plans, managing training schedules, and ensuring the maintenance of facilities and equipment. They will also assist in developing institutional policies by recommending guidelines, systems, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs and services.

The successful candidate will maintain and foster partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders, negotiating and forging partnerships through agreements and monitoring and evaluating established partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising the operations of the organization and developing annual operational plans.
  2. Assisting in developing institutional policies and recommending guidelines, systems, and procedures.
  3. Maintaining and fostering partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
  4. Implementing quality management systems and conducting evaluations based on the agency's quality management system.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree relevant to the position and 3 years of relevant experience. Training and certifications in related areas are highly valued.
