Job Title: Global Employee Onboarding and Solutions Specialist

The Global Employee Onboarding Team is seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead, innovate and ensure seamless onboarding and support for Commercial & Investment Bank clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing processes and controls related to employee movement, technology and line of business application access.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end white-glove onboarding programs to deliver an exceptional experience for new joiners.
  • Provision technology hardware, applications and market data to support business operations.
  • Maintain floor plans, recertify system entitlements and access, and execute real estate moves while providing white-glove troubleshooting support.
  • Process offboarding, transfers and relocations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to facilitate various projects and daily work as required.

Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Leadership, coaching, mentoring and partnership skills with a client service mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills across organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and adhere to the firm's values and code of conduct.
