Job Overview

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide analytical support to multiple hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician practices in designing, implementing, and monitoring compensation programs for both union and non-union employee groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility-specific compensation tables in HR systems, including job codes, titles, salary structures, union step rates, shift differentials, and per diem rates.
  • Respond promptly to client requests regarding compensation at each assigned facility.
  • Participate in external market salary surveys in a timely manner.
  • Publish yearly market salary surveys in Pay Factors and/or HR Systems.
  • Perform internal and external market analysis annually and as needed.
  • Utilize internal resources and tools to analyze data and make recommendations on base pay programs.
  • Support special projects that impact compensation and operations, such as premium pay or cost modeling.
  • Support union processing for assigned facilities, requiring updates to the Union Calendar and maintaining current Collective Bargaining Agreements by facility.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned facilities and client groups by effectively managing their compensation programs by facility.
  • Effectively support merit process for assigned facilities.
  • Maintain Hiring Grids for assigned facilities.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  2. Proficiency in Excel.
  3. Ability to work in a night shift schedule and be amenable to working in BGC.
