Job Responsibilities

The Head of Human Resources Division strategically drives the entire facets of HR in ensuring the operational goal is aligned with the organization's overall business goals and core values. This includes HR Operations (HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, HRIS, Employee Records, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, & Union Management), Academy (Training, Engagement & Culture), People Strategy (Talent Management, Organizational Development, Sourcing & Employer Branding) and Administration. The role also serves as the executive advisor to the senior management, providing guidance on people related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Executives, Board of Directors and Mancom by providing expert guidance and assistance related to HR.
  • Present data, reports and analytics as an update for the monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables.
  • Establish an effective selection process for talent that is technically and culturally fit for the organization.
  • Plan & execute HR processes seamlessly to provide excellent service for the people.
  • Develop, implement and update HR Policies & Procedures to establish a solid foundation for employees.
  • Ensure company compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Spearhead relationship building & union management (e.g. CBA) to maintain a harmonious environment beneficial for the company & union members.
  • Guarantee timely & accurate payroll for employees.
  • Manage the HR system by maximizing its full potential, usability, and process improvement.
  • Ensure organized record keeping to maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with government contributions and regulations.
  • Design career pathing/growth, manage internal movement, and create a safe environment for employees as part of the company's success.
