Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Recruitment Specialist to collaborate with our team in designing and implementing efficient recruitment strategies. This role will serve as an expert in best practices, driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and determine the next steps in the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of potential hires through strategic social media engagement and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with our Recruitment Manager to establish qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Analyze hiring trends using web-based technology and social media platforms, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates.
  • Utilize expertise to analyze recruitment software and recommend improvements or changes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires.
  • Proven experience recruiting high-volume candidates (100 per month).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Hands-on experience with top job sites preferred.
  • Experience hiring educators preferred but not required.
