
Successful Appointment Coordinators Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our services
- Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
- Accurately inputting information into our system
- Representing the company in a professional manner when conversing with contacts
- Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
- Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
- Participating in process-improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting
- Strong internet connection
- Designated professional and quiet workspace
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible
- Highly professional
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes
- Highly collaborative
- Committed to continuous improvements and open to experimenting with new approaches and techniques in work processes
