Senior Appointment Setter Role

We are seeking a driven and results-focused appointment setter to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries.

As a Senior Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

The role involves performing tasks such as making outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, sending personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest, qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework, scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.

  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven individuals are preferred.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations.
