Key Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls to book appointments according to the client's preferred schedule.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting, preferably in a Voice account.
  • Healthcare account experience is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to multitask, juggling multiple calls and emails while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts.
