Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences? We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries. You will be responsible for managing multiple candidates and roles simultaneously, while maintaining accurate records and following up on all recruitment activities.

We offer a competitive salary for a contractor position, as well as technological reimbursement for new computers or software if needed. Our remote work setup provides flexibility in work location and semi-flexible working hours, with at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).

About the Role
  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assisting with job advertising, ensuring that posts are targeted to the right audience.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
