Full-Time Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a full-time talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:- Write high-converting job descriptions for various roles, including installation technicians, sales, logistics, etc.
- Source and screen candidates using structured rubrics to ensure quality and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to identify top candidates.
- Schedule follow-up interviews with our team and manage clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Have experience recruiting for U.S. clients, especially hiring across both U.S. and international talent pools.
- Are resourceful and creative in finding candidates beyond traditional job boards.
- Follow structured, process-driven evaluations to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions.
- Are tech-savvy and highly organized, comfortable using ATS systems and other recruiting tools.
